Black N Bleu Burger
Ingredients
- 1 Lb Ground beef or ground turkey
- 4 Ounces Crumbled Bleu Cheese
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- Burger Topping of Choice lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, ketchup
Instructions
- I used a burger press to shape my burgers and then season both sides with blackening seasoning.
- Grill your burgers or you can cook them in a pan on the stove. In the last few minutes, top each burger with the crumbled Bleu cheese. If cooking on the stove, you can cover the burgers to melt the cheese or put them in the oven under the broiler for 1-2 minutes.
- While the burgers are on the grill, I cook frozen fries in a deep fryer for that restaurant quality style.
- Assemble the burgers with the toppings of your choice. Serve with fries, chips, or veggies. I love chipotle aioli sauce on fries. Hope you enjoy this easy but classic restaurant style burger ?

Chipotle Aioli Sauce
Spicy, Smokey, Creamy, & a Touch of Sweetness
Equipment
- Blender or Food Processor
Ingredients
- 1 Can Chipotles in Adobo
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2-3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tbs Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Blend the whole can of chipotles and adobo. Pour chipotle purée into a separate container.
- Add sour cream, mayo, milk, maple syrup, lemon juice, and garlic to the blender and blend until well combined.
- Slowly start incorporating the chipotle purée, for mild heat add 2 tbs of chipotle purée, blend, taste, & repeat until your preferred level of spiciness is achieved. For medium heat, use approx 1/3 of the chipotle purée, blend, taste, add more if you want it spicier. For very spicy, start with half of the chipotle purée, blend taste, repeat if necessary.
- If your sauce is too spicy, add a little more milk, sour cream, & mayo.
Notes
This sauce is great on so many things! Drizzle over fish tacos, burgers (fry sauce) potatoes, pizza, veggies, or salads. Hope you enjoy!
