Cucumber Salad
Cucumer Salad is easy to make and a family favorite during the hot summer months. It’s great by itself or as a side with sandwiches, wraps, bbq, grilled, roasted or smoked meats. You can add a little dill or red onion for zest.
Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Dill optional
- 1/4 cup Red Onion Thinly Sliced
Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and put them in a bowl.
- Sprinkle with salt. Cover and refridgerate an hour or overnight.
- Drain off liquid. Stir in sour cream or greek yogurt.
- Add dill and/or red onion, if you want.
- Serve cold. Enjoy!
