Mahi Tacos Gluten Free

Ingredients
- 12 Oz Mahi Mahi frozen
- 8-10 corn tortillas
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Blackening Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Italian Herbs Seasoning
- 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Omit or add less is you don’t like it spicy
Taco Toppings
- Shredded Cabbage or Lettuce
- Tomato
- Onion
- Cilantro
- Lime/Lemon Juice
- Sour Cream
- Hot Sauce (I love Cholula)
Instructions
- Preheat oven 425
- Mix together seasons, lemon juice, & olive oil. Coat both sides of fish with the spice mixture.
- Cook fish from frozen 20-25 minutes or when fish has an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
- While fish is cooking, prep your favorite taco toppings.
- To heat up tortillas, get your skillet hot, brown approx 10 seconds per side. Set aside wrapped in a tea towel or paper towels and cover with a lid so they can steam. Use a tortilla warmer if you have it.
- Plate your tacos and enjoy!
