Cooking bacon in the oven is very easy. I prefer this method because you don’t have to stand over the stove flipping bacon frequently, you are able to cook larger batches at a time, and the bacon cooks perfectly even.
You can cook the bacon directly on the sheet pan or you can place a wire cooling rack on the pan under the bacon. I usually just go right on a pan and scrape off gently with a thin metal spatula, as pictured below.

Materials
- 1 Package Bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Place bacon in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until desired crispness.
- Drain on paper towels.
